I wrote about the Do Life Challenge here and about the week 1 challenges here. This is what's on tap for week 2:
(1) Do something out of the ordinary for a stranger. Find a way to brighten someone's day.
(2) Do something else! :)
(3) Reassess push ups.
(4) Reassess goals.
(5) Add 30 extra min of intense work + 200 jumping jacks (already did the jumping jacks - at work yesterday!)
(6) Write four things you did well every night before bed.
