Interesting tidbits from Bogota

With only 12 hrs in Bogota, I didn't get much chance to take in the city. But a few things were interesting.

1)  Dogs. They are ALL over Bogota. Lots of spoiled pets as well as working dogs. Each building we passed seemed to have a security guard with a chubby lab in front.

2)

domestic flights are like the red headed step child of the Bogota airport. And if you hypothetically ask an employee if he speaks English, you might get laughed at. Ask me how I know.

3) Someone on our plane to Putumayo is reading a Rich Devos book. Small world.
